Operations & Digital Sales Coordinator
Location: Colombo (with coordination for Australia operations)
Role Overview:
The Operations & Digital Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing daily sales operations, order processing, inventory coordination, digital content posting, and backend system updates across Bohemian Quest’s platforms including website, Uber Eats, Apero, and social media. This role ensures smooth order fulfillment, accurate reporting, timely customer communication, and up-to-date financial and stock records.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Order Management
- Update and reconcile OneUp sales reports.
- Perform weekly invoice checks across all platforms (Apero, Uber Eats, website orders).
- Monitor and manage Uber Eats and website orders, including:
- Order confirmation with customers
- Arranging PickMe / courier deliveries
- Ensuring timely dispatch and completion

Handle Uber Eats backend operations, including menu, pricing, and order flow updates.
Inventory & Stock Control
- Conduct monthly stock takes at:
- Apero location
- Battaramulla location
- Update inventory levels across systems and platforms.

Identify near-expiry or slow-moving items and support promotional strategies to clear stock.
Digital Content & Social Media
- Create and post daily content across:
- BQ Facebook & LinkedIn Stories/Posts
- BQ Instagram Stories
- BQ Australia posts
- BQ TikTok content

Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and special offers through social media.
Website Management

Manage website updates, including:
- Product entries
- Collection creation
- Inventory syncing and maintenance

Ensure product information, pricing, and availability are accurate and up to date.
Reporting & Payments
- Prepare and review Apero weekly and monthly reports.
- Track and follow up on payments and collections.
- Maintain and update BQ supplier payment records.
- Keep all financial spreadsheets and trackers accurate and current.
Customer & Special Operations Support
- Communicate directly with customers for:
- Special requests
- Custom orders
- Promotions or service-related queries

Assist with special operational tasks as assigned by management.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail in reporting, invoicing, and inventory
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, delivery apps, and social media
- Basic understanding of stock control and supplier payments
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital tools
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)

- Reports directly to Management / Operations Lead
