Harvested high in the swaying canopy of the tropical coconut palm trees in Indonesia, our coconut sugar is sustainably harvested from the crystallized nectar by traditional farmers. Dried and packaged without any additional processing helps retain nutrients such as magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc and potassium as well as a small amount of inulin (soluble fibre) to slow down the absorption of glucose for better blood sugar balance.

Our high quality coconut sugar is unbleached and unrefined and grown chemical free as nature intended. For a finer grain and smoother texture you try giving it a quick spin in a food processer.
